因 LAPP 公司決定自 2026 年 1 月 1 日 起，由其台灣關係企業 LAPP Taiwan 直接負責台灣市場的產品銷售與售後服務業務，DKSH 與 LAPP 的經銷合約將於 2025 年 12 月 31 日 正式終止。

為確保您的採購與專案時程不受影響，謹提醒以下重要事項：

  1. DKSH 最後接單日為 2025 年 12 月 31 日。 → 所有在 2025 年 12 月 31 日前已出貨並開立發票的訂單，將由 DKSH 完成收款等後續事宜。
  2. 自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，所有 LAPP 產品之詢價、訂購、技術支援及未完成訂單的履行，將統一由 LAPP Taiwan 直接負責。
  3. 對於 2025 年 12 月 31 日前已下單但尚未完成出貨的訂單，DKSH 將於過渡期間與 LAPP Taiwan 協調，確保訂單資料完整移轉，並由 LAPP Taiwan 接續履行，請您放心。

Dear Valued Customer,

On behalf of the DKSH Taiwan team, we sincerely thank you for your longstanding support of LAPP products and for choosing DKSH as your trusted partner over the years. It has been our greatest privilege to accompany you through countless projects and requirements.

Please be informed that effective 1 January 2026, LAPP’s Taiwanese affiliate LAPP Taiwan will directly take over all business activities for LAPP products in the Taiwan market (sales, after-sales service, and order fulfilment). The distribution agreement between DKSH and LAPP will terminate on 31 December 2025.

To ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to your procurement and project timelines, please note the following:

  1. DKSH’s final order acceptance date is 31 December 2025. → Orders fully shipped and invoiced by 31 December 2025 will be finalized (including payment collection) by DKSH.
  2. From 1 January 2026 onwards, all new inquiries, orders, technical support, and fulfillment of any open orders will be handled directly by LAPP Taiwan.
  3. For orders placed on or before 31 December 2025 but not yet fully shipped, DKSH will coordinate closely with LAPP Taiwan during the transition period to ensure complete order data transfer and seamless continuation by LAPP Taiwan.

During this transition period, please continue to contact your existing DKSH representatives for any questions or existing order matters — we are fully committed to supporting you and coordinating with LAPP Taiwan as needed.
